Spring 2025

We invite you to develop your skills further, and to round out your educational and research experience at NC State by joining us and our colleages at the following workshops. For students currently funded by the OUR, the professional development workshops are pre-approved for meeting your professional development activity requirement.

Many of these workshops are located in one of the East Learning Labs, or the South Learning Lab in D.H. Hill Jr. Library (not far from the Office of Undergraduate Research). Please see the linked maps to help find the rooms.

Don’t see one you think belongs here? Let us know (undergraduate-research@ncsu.edu)!

For students currently funded by the OUR, you will need to attend in-person events, and photo-document your attendance to receive credit.

These weekly zoom workshops cover a range of the commonly asked questions regarding how to find undergraduate research opportunities and how to get started. There will be time for Q&A at the end.

For students currently funded by the OUR, these workshops do not count toward your professional development activity requirement.
